No, you need o either subscribe, or pay £10 a month to "enable" the Sky+ features (it's not a £39 TopUp TV box where the + features are free regardless of whether you subscribe or not tease )

you or Sarah on o2 for your phone? You can get comparable fone deals from other providers and CPS numbers etc, and o2 Broadband is £7.50 with an o2 phone, and miles better (and faster) than Sky Broadbands current service (and no limits).

when ye pop round we will have a look at what ye options are mate. afaik, you need to have an active Sky television subscrption to keep the landline and broadband service (thats why I was forced to ditch them when I moved to TopUp TV) and the Sky+ features for £10 per month is not counted as a TV subscription, so if you want to cancel your TV subs, you would need to leave the other services as well.

You could probably save £10 - £15 per month overall with other providers and a TUTV box, and youd probably make a few quid on the sky+ box... but it worth trying to get a retention deal out of them first, they have been known to reduce the price of the tv service to £3 per month for 6 months etc...

Not on sky can it be used for anything else eg foreign satellites with a different card eg trex or record off Virgin
Can it be used to record off other receivers
