o2 Phone Bills Becoming Online Only - 18th Jan 2010 4:08pm
Now, got this email this morning, I would assume they would send notification in with the next paper bill, but just incase they don't, or anyone misses it, thought it would be helpful to post up here.
Now this is an opt-out feature (it should really be opt-in imho, but I can sort of see why they are doing it).
IMPORTANT - To opt out and still recieve paper billing as normal, do the following:

We’re moving all our bills online. Because you can do a lot more with online bills, and because it’ll save paper. That means after your next bill, you won’t get any more in the post from us.
Instead, you’ll be able to see your bill anytime at My O2. While you’re there, you can also:
• See previous bills
• Keep an eye on what you’re using
• See your tariff details
And you can see the minutes, texts and data you’ve got left, and anything you’ve been charged for recently, by sending a blank text to 21202 anytime. It’s free in the UK. Or text MyO2 to 2020 for more information about your account.
