anyone else having trouble with this update
Have only the basic TV package that goes with the phone It's been trying to update for the last couple of hours and just keeps going on and off - no pictures yet

They must have got the Freeview team to perform the update for them haha.

phoned and was told fault in the area
Spoke to Indian gent (I dislike having to speak to someone in a call centre in India even tho often they sometimes speak better English than me I just can't understand them sometimes

next time I go to an Indian callcentre going to ask whether they say
book as in buck or book as in ook
