Looked in next weeks tv magazine it looks an intresting channel but it just looks like what you have seen before aired on the discovery channel. At one point this channel was going to air 24hours but know its been cut to 12hours.. So something new to watch for Freeview users happy

Lmao folks, ive had this sitting in my EPG since the beginning of the year, don't you lot ever rescan? You must miss out on quite regular channel changes lol.

Btw, it was sposed to launch in March iirc and was cancelled then, then they changed their minds to May, but its been cancelled again. So god only knows if and when it will launch.

Ofcom should take action imho; its ben sitting there wasting space sitting on Multiplex A since 2008, the same multiplex as TopUp TV and Five use, what chance do services like this have if bigger broadcasters can simply rent the bandwidth, and then never use it (mind you its bad enough that Channel 5 revoked some of the TUTV bandwidth to launch some utter turd channels).

Almost mate, almost...

Sky wanted to launch Sky One, Sky Sports 1, Sky Movies 1, Disney Channel and Discovery Channel on DTT...

but Ofcom realised it was Sky planning the launch, and said it would be totally unfair for them to do so. Oh and they said utilizing MPEG4 alongside MPEG2 on the DTT spectrum would cause problems; funnily enough they are now considering MPEG4 running alongside MPEG2 for future use of ex-analogue capacity!

Now BBC and ITV and BT want to offer a canvas IPTV service and Ofcom are okay with that... and Setanta Sports is available on DTT without any competiton.

Ofcom - a load of shit!
