Yeah its a laser one but its clear, its so weird say you have a big list in a folder and you go to click on one but move ur curser to it first it will scroll to something else.

Your middle mouse button is stuck down, stop spilling beer on it wink

Had that problem myself, new mouse sorted it, but try cleaning mouse first.

If your on a laptop try disabling the Tracker Pad there a pain and if your a real fast typer sometimes you hit the track pad by mistake.. If you dont have a laptop get really technical and open your mouse and give all the contacts a good blow to remove dust as some mouses have infra red contacts for the scroll and sometimes dust gets loged inbetween and it needs moving.. happy

Remove your mouse.
See if it happens when your using the touch pad (If your on a Laptop).

Try a new / borrowed mouse.

It can be a fault with the mouse.
And it may have software that allows tricks with the buttons
when in windows (Files) and not in a Internet window.

Sounds like a faulty mouse wink

Good Luck.
