Do a google i'm sure it will show up or a free program
will do it you will find.

I've tried with the freebie programs and it puts a watermark right across it.

pretty sure u can import avi's then save as fmv (i think) which u can just convert in adobe imageready

bit of hassle tho if ur not sure how to use the progs - more likely to get the outcome u want tho (quality etc)
