I need a dvd decoder plug in for Windows media player.
can any 1 point me in the direction of a free one?? its for the car pc btw.

Are you into using other software or does it have to be WMP? WMP is notoriously shit for playing back anything other WM files and very basic file formats you see.

need to be wmp as the front end on the car pc uses wmp for playback
and joe you need to pay for all the plug-in on that site as it micro$oft

carnt find that ace codecs pack maybe i should try looking for a complete version of wmp that plays dvd??

sorted now had to take the power for the keyboard port, will be getting a usb 2.0 hub in the next few days so that will make the playback is a bit smoother. but its all working at the same time for now which is nice

and while we are being creative. Gimp 2 to replace that nasty adobe stuff http://www.gimp.org/ or maybe a bit of 3d stuff to replace maya and a few of those other autodesk apps http://www.blender.org/
