Photo shops too complicated for me an cba learnin so i'll stick wiv the easy stuff for now.

This is what i done:

Ms Paint:

1.Lowered
2.find fog lights an cut an paste(had to zoom in to correct details)
3.Smoothed the door handles and key hole (had to do some serious zooming in and pixel cutting and pasting)
4.got rid of the circle in the top front grille

Irfanview:

Used Ms Paint to cut out all the windows and then used this software to lower the contrast to get the tint effect.

The colour of the car wasn't picked i kinda swaped the colours from RGB > BGR then cut the whole car out and pasted it on the original background. (again some pixel correction needed)

The cold air feed pipe was an accident, i was supose to tint the fog lights to make it fit in well but i accidently clicked on negative an it came up as a cold air feed heh.
