Tilt-shifting is a photographic technique that creates a gradient in the focus of the camera. The effect is to make large objects appear miniture

I've never heard of it either.

I think its either an additional lens attached onto a camera or a very expensive camera with the lens built in/on.

A quick search shows they cost £400 upwards for the lens alone!

But it looks like bloody good fun.

The blurred parts are called "burn outs" and add to the minature effect

Ill be able to get one for me camera smile Probably be a lot cheaper as it will be an add on lens, and the Chinese sell them for as little £60 lol.

Prob wont be the easiest thing to get though lol.
