Im very surprised that BT are still gaining customers in their droves, their services are way overpriced, the only advantage they have to offer is their included 250MB mobile Wifi allowance, and even thats nothing special.

But its mainly because customers just dont realise their is much better deals to be had and also a lot of people trust BT so they expect their service will be best.
