I'm probably the worst person to try, but I gave it a quick 2 mins of my time.
Tis as far as I can get for now.
No idea how to change colour (Hue/Saturation doesn't work - still looks dark) lol
Can't do the other one cas of the angle

Ive put them on your car for yu,

I selected RED
Used Overlay as brush method.
Cut the lenses out, and then pasted them back in as the overlay went on the lenses.
Its not perfect as i'm doing it on a touch pad
But its ok.
