I am currently doing my family history, I have found out that my great great granddad and mum Lived in Leta street Birkenhead in 1917 (dont know how long for before and after that date). According to google maps this is on the site of where IBMC college is now. Has anyone got any old photos of Leta Street before the college was built? would be great.

Haven't got any pics., but is this info. any use? The map is 1910 & the lists are from the Willmer's 1916 directory.

Yeah cheers for that, thats good information for us. As that was the residence on there marriage certificate in 1917. so we weren't sure if they were already living there or someone else in family was living there. Which they weren't.
