The Queen opened it in 1996.
i think that was the bus station it was definitely there before 1996 as i lived behind it in 1995 while Conway park station was being built and I'm sure i went there in the early 90's

it has to be older than that they must be wrong i moved into the street behind it in 1995 and it was there then strange?
maybe it took a few years to build?
You are right it opened almost a year before it was officially opened by the Queen and it took over a year to build.
