Does anyone have any pre-war pics of Urmson Road / Wimbledon Street in Wallasey. During the blitz one side of Wimbledon Street was destroyed and part of Urmson Road. I have been told my house in Urmson Road was a sweet shop and would love to find out more about it.

I assume this would be caused by the same land mine that devastated Lancaster Avenue and killed everyone in the shelter apart from the baby girl dug out days later?

I suppose that is where the police station now stands?
