There will be very few complete copies anywhere in private hands. Just don,t
keep very well at all-become yellowed and dirty and then fade etc At Central
Lib, Borough Road you can use ' Viewer" machines and then photocopy individual
pages for a small charge. From memory, think they charge 50p a page but may
be wrong. The really best way though is to order copies from the British Library
in North London ( specialist Newspaper Section ) You have to request specific
date you are after and pay fee . Really good service & pages are posted to you
in cardboard tube a few days later.
Address Colindale Avenue, London NW9 5HE Phone No 02074127353
Opening hours people to visit and read there 10am to 4.45pm Mon - Sat inc.

...it's 60p now for each photocopy from a viewing machine at Borough Rd, but if the Wirral Archives have any of the original newspapers they will probably allow you to use your own camera to copy what you want. camera
