Does anyone remember the name of the resaurant next door to the George and Dragon, Argyle St? In 70's/80's

What i remember, i would say it was more of a cafe, don't remember it being a restaurant, sorry no name.
Apparently it was on three floor, wine lodge on the first, food served on the others...

That's the one. The food was awful when my grandparents went smile
