Other than the faults listed it drives great and is an ideal cheap workhorse

Has the usual bumps bangs and dings around it but drives great and its a cheap car.

Has Air-Con but never checked it, might just need a regas, might be something else I really don't know.

One tyre close to limit so will get that changed this week.

Alloy wheels (with locking wheel nuts) worth a fortune on their own.

Okay, how bad is the oil leak, any idea where it is from ?

Which size engine is it (might be a clue to the leak).

Does the coil light come during tick over or just when it is under load ?

To be honest doc i have not checked the oil leak yet as i concentrated on valeting it today, i did however clean the engine thoroughly underneath and from above so i could see where it was coming from, i will check that tomorrow.

Unsure on engine size, will also check tomorrow, i took it out today and it drives well, i'm guessing it's a 2.2 turbo but don't quote me on that.

The coil light flashes randomly at random times, (didn't do it today when i drove it hard on the motorway), not for very long though and i noticed today that it does not happen when the engine is warm, i am unsure if these can be plugged in but if so i will see if there are any codes in it tomorrow.

Clutch, gearbox fine and the brakes are excellent.

I will check for you when i get back to work and let you know.

I will also add more photos for you (Got to finish buffing rear doors hence why silly pic in garage).

The registration number is V487 LDM that may help you.

Thanks, checked the number and its coming up as a 2.5, which is a lot better engine than the 2.2.

I'm asking about the light as if its under pressure it can be as simple as a leaking clip on one of the vacuum pipes. Sometimes on these they double as water contaminant warning lights, so might be worth just checking the diesel fuel filter.

It's showing up as a SWB though, can't tell from this angle, are you sure it's a MWB ?

Its quite a large van, i didn't check on the V5 before putting the ad up tbh, just took the pic above and a photo of the reg plate. I presumed it was a mwb due to its size.

Yes swb same as my work van. Great vans been driving mine for 18 months had no problems with it. Its worth more than that init are kid?

If you ask me i would say the oil seal behind box has gone, simple and cheap repair but box has to come off, best to view to make sure.
