2G, 3G and 3GS all take a "normal" size SIM card
4 & 4s take "Micro" SIM card (you can get these from the network or use a punch tool to cut down a normal one.
5 takes a "Nano" SIM, again you can get these from your network (recommended) or you "can" use a punch to cut down either a "normal" or "Micro". You may also have to file the back down as well because they are thinner.
