HI, my wife has just sold her pink samsung mobile... and with the new phone i bought her (a t-mobile phone) from arg*s and i put her old orange sim in and it works. Now they force you to buy a £10-00 top-up which is t-mobile ( i tried to get an orange voucher no dice!) 
so we are left with a t mobile top-up voucher (worth £10-00) now selling for £5-00.....cheers mike.
