G-Force Protection
The G-Force Protection feature provides enhanced data
protection against shock that may occur while the drive
is operating. This feature is designed to decrease the
likelihood of data loss by detecting a freefall event and
unloading the actuator before a shock takes place in falls
of greater than 8 inches (nominal).

I have a 500gb for £43, I bought it on here for £40, + it cost me £3 tunnel to go get it, so I will let it go for £43, that way I can go back to my 250gb drive with the recovery partion on it, it will save me having to buy a recovery disc from HP.

I bought it thinking I could clone my drive, and still be able to use recovery partion, but I carnt.

its easy to swap over, but i would prefere it if you would buy the 500gb https://www.wikiwirral.co.uk/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/623623/500GB_Laptop_Hdd.html#Post623623 i have for sale, as i am going to go back to my 250gb drive as it has my recovery partion on it.
If you buy it, i can fit it for free for you.
