due to illness a good friend of mine is forced to sell a superb shop facility in the Broadway complex in Bebington

the shop has a deep ground floor area, workshop at the back and living accomodation above and there is car parking at the rear

if you have a genuine interest please get in touch with me privately

Is it for sale or up for rent?

Doing it yourself probably isn't the best way.

But if you want some advice then get in touch with me via PM, I can always point you in the right direction.

I need to know if he owns the unit or whether it is leasehold. If the latter then I imagine it is actually subletting or assignment that he needs if he is locked into a lease with his landlord.

I can always have a look over the lease for you.
