This was a replacement from the Apple Store, collected this afternoon (Sunday) so completely unmarked and as new.
It is locked to the Orange Network, unlocking costs £20 and takes a few days, if you want it on Orange, use as it is, if you want another network then it'll cost an extra £20 and take a few days for the unlock to go through (or you could do it yourself).
Comes with (non genuine, but new) Mains/Car charger and Data cable plus screen protector.
