As above ps jailbreak key, a WD 500gb external hard drive and 40 of the latest games on hard drive, please note if you choose to buy these i am assuming you own the original games as i dont condone copyright etc.

I wouldn't say that, there is a big market for this sort of thing, I think it may be the fact that it is brand new technology and doesn't work with the latest firmware (so I beleive) and most people have upgraded to the latest firmware not knowing this technology was available, because for so long it hasn't been and then all of a sudden!

I read it correctly the first time, and fail to see your point? If I assumed you owned an original copy of anything, does it make it right for me to sell you a knock off copy? No. Sorry, but I don't condone the sale of illegal items.

You've completely missed the point. It matters not whether somebody owns an original copy or not - the selling of knock off copies is ILLEGAL. No matter what "disclaimer" you choose to add to your listing.
