the orininal engine had blown the headgaskett and then a newer engine was fitted. it ran perfect for a few months and then it lost power.

car runs on 2 cylnders at the moment.

has had brand new spark plugs
new oil
Timing checked (all good)
Compression checked (all good)

I have now bought her a meriva as its more prctical.

No mate. Got some second hand coil packs here and leads to go with it.

Oh yer forgot to mention it's still taxed



MOT has just ran out.

bargain this peeps, worst case is its the ECU seems a common fault however the CPS sensor wire is slightly damaged (still a possibility) & the coil packs?!!

How mnay miles were on the old engine how manuy are on the replaced one?

It's just gone the 100k Mark and I wasntold the new engine was half that but it was her uncle who fitted it.

my brother has been after a punto for his girlfriend for a while. hes handy on cars so this is ideal for him as he could sort it.
