For Sale £2300ono

‘97 (P) Ford Ka 2 (6 months Tax, 6 months MOT)

Well boys and girls, it’s time for me to say “bye bye” to my ka, I’ve been thinking about selling it for a while now but I’m only delaying the inevitable, I can’t keep putting it off. I’ll probably cry when it goes…….which is awfully gay, but it’s my 1st car and I love it. I’m in need of some more oomph, so its likely that I’ll be upgrading to a Zetec-S or a Puma.

I’ll get the bad bits out of the way 1st:
Small amount of rust on the tips of the doors (chips away man could sort this no probs)
Driver’s side speaker has blown (10 minute job)
Wheels scrub on full lock (easily sorted with 10mm spacers)

And that’s it! On to the good stuff! wink

Interior:
Full genuine Ford ‘Midnight Black’ leather seats (all in good condition, driver’s seat is the only one that gets used!)
Genuine Ford Leather steering wheel (with airbag)
Ford puma gear knob.

Exterior:
Smoothed boot (with internal release mechanism)
Sportka Style roof spoiler
Delocked doors with colour coded handles and wing mirrors.
Genuine Ford Racing Arches (front and rear)
Morette Triple Headlights
16x7 Mille Miglia HT3 Alloys with 195/40/16 Continental tyres (all with good tread)
‘Dark Smoke’ tinted windows
Gmax SuperSport suspension (Lowers the car 40mm and improves the handling sooooo much)

Engine (standard apart from):
K&N Induction kit
Janspeed backbox

Ice:
Sony CDX850 CD player head unit (mp3/cd-r/cd-rw compatible)
Sony Xplod 13cm door speakers

Ka2 extras/features:
Electric windows
Power assisted steering
Height adjustable driver’s seat
Driver’s Airbag

Security:
Standard Ford PATS immobilizer
Clifford Matrix RS2 (remote central locking, remote engine start and remote window closure)

History:
There are 2 previous owners listed on the V5. The car currently has 45k miles on the clock and I have all previous MOT’s to prove this. There is some service history in the vehicle book (from the previous owners). I’ve had it serviced 4 times over the past 2 and a half years and have 2 invoices for the most recent ones.

It’s been a great first car as it’s cheap to insure, tax and run. It’s in good condition, I’ve never had any problems; it starts first time every time.

After spending a wedge on it, I’ll be sorry to see it go, thanks for looking.

Gutted mate! I'm sad to see it go too, such a gorgeous car. Hope it goes to a good home, that car's still got alot of modding potential left in it and it'd be a shame to see it go to waste. I'd probably have it if I had the money to finish it off, it's not too far from being a feature.

Gutted to see it go mate!!!, i agree with andy,do the small little things, less reasons for them to barter to much on the price

if u want u can have that and oomph, all itll cost is the money for a puma engine, apparantly a very popular transplant, however if it must go,i agree with the above.
