On this subject, I have the same thing with 2 controllers and the remote, and about 60 games on the internal HDD - also with Xbox Media Centre installed so it can be plugged into your PC.

If you put a game into the xbox, you can rip it from the disc and store it on the internal hard drive, great for borrowing (and keeping) games from your friends.

If someone wants to make me an offer...

It also (for some reason, as its not chipped guv'nor) plays copies of games.
