Wheel fitments for a Clio are...

4x100 35 to 42 60.1

And for the Corsa C...

4x100 38 to 45 56.6

They will fit but Spigot Rings will be needed, they are around 4quid.

from the pics you have posted i'd say no, they are a 4 stud multi fitment. Fords and Vauxhalls. Bargain for someone.
