Conservative MP Mr Chope, has for the second time objected to a private members bill,(effectively blocking it ) put forward to try and stop wild animals being used in travelling circuses.

He sounds a lovely guy smirk , read about him on Wikipedia . The Born Again Foundation are hoping lots of people will contact him, asking why he has done this, and politely say how disappointed they are . The email address for his office is in the info. Worth doing with the elections due and all that , and lots of adverse letters, rattle cages ! Best to ask a question so he has to get his admin team to answer it.Nice if they get overwhelmed ! Keep it short and polite though , or they wont need to answer it.

It was due to be reconsidered again yesterday, Friday 21st Nov. Does that mean he's blocked it yet again ?
