Me too, I bet they taste delicious!

Watch Monkey World primate rescue programs and see if you still think you should want one. I agree they are gorgeous -- but only in their natural setting.

Don't they have sharp teeth?

Think they do, Moonstar. Maybe that's why there are so many for sale. Poor creatures.

It was 30th April when posted so I fail to see your point.

They are available as pets and I want one.

We all want a lot of things but I doesn't make it right to have them.

I want one, I can look after it, and it isn't illegal.

Ergo, I'm getting one.

and if I don't I'll ‘scream and scream till I’m sick’.

The fact you have to mention "it isn't illegal" shows you know its not quite right is it. Marmosets belong in South America, not Irby, why not get yourself a cat instead.

Incorrect.

You'll all be pleased to know that I've made inquiries and I'm going to visit one this weekend.

Hope you are very happy together, unless you reconsider and find something more fitting as a pastime .

Couple of pet lions would be a good alternative.

This is what you're buying into. A corrupt trade. See the part that says in the wild these little monkeys love company and thrive in family groups? You say you can look after it - but how can you even begin to offer that very basic need?
