Hi. I've just seen a message via RSPCA fb page. A man went to a house in Maidstone looking at some pure blue staff puppies, he said his name was Peter Heartright. He left but that night all 5 puppies have been stolen, the new mmother was basically stamped on and has died. Please if anyone knows of someone who is selling pure blue staff puppies please contact the rspca or police. They are too young to be sold and we need to.know who this vile discusting person is so he can be locked up. Please help xxx
i hope they catch the b*****d
Hi,the story was blown out of proportion....very pleased to say..mum is fine, she suffered no injuries at all,but is missing her babies. 2 puppies were stolen though.i also shared this story fearing for the pups and to catch the evil man that did it...why do people totally change the facts to something so horrific,,its not helping, its actually making all the posts dissappear in the search for the pups
so glad mums ok
Dont know why on earth so many people insist on breeding SBT's in the first place in this day and age . Gumtree is overflowing with unwanted ones , rescues are packed with them ---- and why blue ones for goodness sake when they are predisposed to all kinds of health problems, especially skin ones . Poor little things , I hope they all end up in homes that will monitor, recognise and monitor their ailments and take them for treatment. I think some people get them purely because they reckon they have pit in the genes. What hope I wonder for the little stolen ones.
iv had a staffy since a puppy, loves kids gets on great with other dogs dont see what your point is.
Sorry eddy --- I just dont know how to make my point any more simple to understand.
Very sorry slinky. I only went off the rspca website and it really upset me so put it on here as soon as i read it. Glad the mums ok. Apologies again xx
please dont apologise Boogaloo, like i said i also reposted it just about every where..then had to go back over my tracks when i found the newspaper article...you have nothing to be sorry for..if anything im so glad you did,,at least you tried soon as heard the news to try and help.its so sad that the truth got so distorted
thanks for helping xxx
Sadly i think its the idiots that have given these gorgeous dogs the bad name, its how the dog is bought up and staffies are big softies...but in the wrong hands its so cruel to the dog,so many used in fighting etc
and now like you say venice nearly all kennels and rescues up and down the country is full to busting with these poor dogs, its heartbreaking that it has now come to this where there is just far to many and not enough homes..so many being thrown out on the streets or put to sleep
something has to change to stop these irresponsible people keep breeding these lovely dogs..when so many are homeless and dying every single day
Agreed Slinky, they are wonderful dogs, Ive had several , the first one forty odd years ago , we bought at 6mths old , not knowing anything about rescue (Were there any in those days I wonder?) and in later years, three more from rescues . Every one a gem in its own way. Eddy 64 is obviously also a fan who wont hear a word against them, and likely a great owner too, but like loads of people he may well not be aware of the overpopulation of SBT types and thinks breeding them is ok because they are such a lovely dog to own . Come on Eddy, now you know the problem, we especially need true Staffie lovers on side .Its not the dogs we're against, just the current situation. Help spread the word.
