Hi just wondered if anyone on here could recommend a reasonable pet insurance company? I think I should get it for my puppy as vet bills are expensive!there are that many different companies I have not got a clue which one to use?

I found Liverpool Victoria one of the best when I was looking a few weeks back.
Just make sure you read the small print to make sure your fully covered quite a few of the companys I looked at only give you a percentage of the bill back.

Hi

I get my dogs insured through Tesco, had to make a claim for one of them last year, really straight forward and paid out quite promptly. I had to pay up front but that was the policy of vets I use, some vets will accept payment straight from the insurers, Tesco will do this. The excess was about £60 I think, premium is about £12 a month but I got my second dog on the policy half price, they have an offer on at the moment for 3 months free for Clubcard holders.

Hope this helps smile
