Wally Thom was a welterweight and im sure he lived in Walker Street in Tranmere, never new he run the waterloo thou cheers for the info mate

Sat for maths lessons next to me at Hamilton Secondary

When I was 11 used to go to Campbells gym just behind the Queens picture house by the Ritz carpark
After going in the ring with him and Peter McCann another well known boxer I quit going there

Neil his brother was my mums boyfriend when she was younger.

Apparently people used to associate the boxer with the Tranmere Park Hotel, (mistakenly)
