Have a sackful of large cooking apples if anyone local wants some all. They were collected today during a garden tidy up. Most are hand selected and grub free. Couple have some bruising but you can leave them if you want.
Free of charge but an apple pie might be appreciated wink

was really in the mood to make an apple crumble earlier, so much so i spent 96p on 3 braeburns and made one, wish i'd seen this earlier! may have even saved you a piece, but it's nearly all gone already............. whoops.

Have you asked if Wirral Pomona would like them? Might be a drop of cider in it for you, if not an apple pie...

Thanks Greenwood. Found a contact on their facebook so will ask them. Not sure if cider can be made from cookers but they will know

You can make cider from anything. Whether its drinkable or not is another matter!
