Much better - just need to get rid of the deep sea invertebrate creatures that have set up home in the bottom of my lungs that make me sound like I have a death rattle and I'm good to go
still no home for the hedgehog, can anyone help

still no home for the hedgehog, can anyone help
Bezzymate offered, 3rd post down
yes i seen, but i couldn't send a pm to Bezzymate as it says: Bezzymate is over their Private Topic limit, so i've left phone number on here and no one's rang
Take him to the park, as joe said. Must be lots of other 'hogs for him to play with, there.
your not supposed to have hedgehogs as pets. they are wildlife and should remain in the wild.
If the hedgehog has been domesticated you'll send him to his death if you just let him go free - has he become dependent on humans for food?
It should of not been someones pet in the first place....
I did say in poist 2 "Who owns a hedgehog" seems a bit sick and wierd to me.
Hi All
I had gone off line and had not realized ata the time that the hedgie was not roaming free.
I have spoken to the lady, but he has at the moment gone AWOL.
I have left my number and as soon as he turns up I will collect him and he can spend the rest of his days in my garden.
Aill keep you upto date!!!
Thanks Summer, Just wish I had checked sooner.
I didn't think for one minute that I would be the only one to take him,so didn't give it the priority that I should have.XX
He will prob prefare to find his own speck.
I have a good sized garden with alot of over overgrown parts.
If he is still looking for somewhere after a week or so I will interveen, given his background!

I'm guessing the critter may have started out as an injured juvenile and the neighbour came to his aid, but then the hedgehog probably kepy coming back for food after that. Let's not execute the neighbour yet
Just rang the lady again and he still hasn't turned up.
She say's that there is alot of ivy at the bottom of the entry and that he may have gone in there!
Little beggar
Yeh,someone tipped him off!

thing she got worried about the whole deal.......
Don't want to sound like a prude but shouldn't wild creatures be left alone?
Yes I agree, but if someone asks for it to be rehomed and it was being kept in a plastic box, you have a garden with other hedgehogs living happily there!
What would you do?
Don't want to sound like a prude but shouldn't wild creatures be left alone?
From the story so far it doesn't sound completely wild...maybe it has rehomed itself...
Probably wont hear about the Spiky Dude now til-wot?, when? -March or April 2011.

Hedgehogs hibernate in nests over winter - usually from October to April.
http://www.mywildlifegarden.co.uk/hedgehogs.html that's probably why he has gone AWOL
