Better than the experience my OH had a bit back , arriving at the Countess only to find he had missed his appointment by a week . They had brought it forward to suit the consultant, but failed to inform half a dozen or so patients who all arrived expecting to be seen.

Nice to see praise though where praise is due .

That can be viewed from a different angle. The NHS are not as busy as they constantly portray.

Nice of her to share her experience though.

I was impressed with the Liscard walk in centre couple of months ago,I got a call from my daughters school saying she felt off colour & had come out in a rash.picked her up & took her to Liscard, when we were seen by the triage nurse I explained she has autism & the nurse asked how she would be waiting & I said she can get a bit agitated so we waited in a side area & were fast tracked to see the nurse.we were there less than an hour, turned out she had a virus that gave her a chicken pox looking rash.she's ok now rash cleared up after a couple of weeks.
