What are your views on leaving your Children an inheritance ?
mine is.......I came into this world with nothing and will leave with nothing so why should my children be any different?
controversial I know but hey it might get wiki's talking??

You didn't come in to this world with nothing, you came in with a mothers love, which is priceless.
However, you might be doing your best to leave it without your children's love.

Then so be it if only £££'s get me love I will die penny rich and children poor, see how this world has an inordinate love of the filthy lucre.

My two pennorth worth on this subject :-

As I am an "old un" and not long for this world, I intend on spending all my money, I had 3 kids, 1 died which left 2, and they are doing better than I ever did, so I am having a good time with every penny I have before the fatal day arrives.
There are loads of friends that agree with me on this, I came through the war years and now Im having FUN while my money lasts.

I agree that our kids expect too much these days, I just feel they are going to be unlucky in my case ....hahaha

Not much common sense, there's going to be an awful lot of property and bits and pieces of worth being left to the dogs home rather than let the kids get their hands on it.

Don't forget the cats home ! ..so let me explain something..all I am doing is playing 'happy families' by not leaving anything in my will..all of you must have at one time or another seen or heard about the infighting that happens when the person they so called love so much departs this mortal coil and then it's daggers drawn and grab as much as you can without a single thought of how much that person toiled to maintain a decent life for their kids growing up and themselves.So no way am I being a part of that dead or alive!!!!

I have asked my parents to enjoy whatever cash they have and not to worry about leaving us anything, I agree we all probably have a better life then they had when they where younger so why not let them enjoy there later years without worrying about leaving us a good inheritance.
