If wetherspoons don't take 15k in sales per week at any of their sites, they will sell them so maybe its not doing so well nowadays.

yes seen that too but the pub went to auction last week in region of 50k on commercial for sale sites i was on rightmove in new ferry and thats were i saw the advert
