I understand his point about it not being on the label but, as mince is the crappiest part of the animal anyway, I have no problem with eating this stuff myself and as a chef, I would use it with no qualms whatsoever.
I'm not really bothered what goes into it, can't say no to a mcdonalds cheeseburger!
