Having just seen the vid, I recognise the chemical works to the left of the google map, so thatll be the culprit. Also, with the steam coming from the water as it flows, im guesig its been heat treated or something

may be a planned "spillage", as it looks like it has a channel designed to carry it away.

I know that near Trac Mon aka Anglesey Race track, there is a sewage Outlet, and where it meets the sea, it creates a lot of foam. Wouldnt want to get that in your face

People use a chemical to extract the 'red' from 'red diesel' and dump the rest down the drains. Probably that.

Technically it is definitely NOT easy to remove the red from fuel - distillation is really the only method and that is way beyond most folk.

I have no doubt there are "other ways" but they will not be any easier.
