Healthy salmon quick meal - 28th May 2014 3:08pm
I buy from Aldi a packet of two Kiln-roasted ready to eat salmon steaks, and find one portion enough for each person, a packet of ready to eat washed baby leaf salad, peppers,small plum tomatoes and wraps.
They have plain salmon, salmon with coriander, salmon and dill or peppered salmon. I like the dill one.
Mix all ingredients together, apart from wraps, and sprinkle with ground sea salt, or just salt,black pepper, a dash of olive oil and dash of balsamic vinegar.
Serve with wraps, and cooked baby new potatoes, with a bit of butter on top if desired
