Lovely! Looks delicious. Haven't heard of porterhouse steak for years now. Had forgotten all about that. TBone is another that doesn't seem to be about either. I'm sure they would be expensive.

granny, A porterhouse steak and a t bone steak are the same steak. The difference being is the porterhouse has ( or should have ) a larger fillet portion.
