Not sure if it's the same one but I saw a black Land Rover parked on the top of Rowson Street New Brighton on Wednesday 28/8/13.I had no reason to make a note of the reg number but I remember thinking at the time how unusual black Land rovers were. The one I saw had white lettering on the back saying something about "One life Live it"

I believe that one belongs to a local contractor!
