Going home last night, I noticed one of the houses in Statham Road in Bidston had it's front door smashed in and there was the Scientific support van parked outside.

Yet another burglary I thought, but later on there was a whole load of Police in the street, big van, unmarked car and a normal Polcie car and there was stil an officer there this morning.

Anyone have an idea what was going on as the activity was certainly unusual.

I'm pretty sure (but it's only specualtion on my part) that this has to be something more than a burglary - that much Police presence doesn't make sense otherwise.

Is it the house with the cctv camera on? I dont like staring! Always thought that house was a bit dodgy, you never know what goes on behind closed doors
