Oh, so I notice its fine to spend £16 billion giving London yet another rail system, but they can't afford £15 billion or whatever to link up the whole country with UK Ultraspeed.

Same shit from this "new" Labour government then... Only interested in London!!

Wouldnt mind so much if this was being built for the Olympics, but they are saying its only gonna start in 2010, so it will take years to build, knowing the way this government does things, probably take decades, if it happens at all!!
