Road between Mere Lane Heswall and Cotttage Loaf . Same bit of road that claimed the life of another teenager few years ago--again full of teenagers. This time thankfully no one killed. No wonder insurance companies bump up premiums for them

And you know the full circumstances that caused the car to flip, allowing you to make such a statement? No, thought not.
Hi Arse71, fish didn't allude to the circumstances surrounding the crash, only that it happened and the immutable fact that young men attract high insurance premiums because of their predisposition to be involved in avoidable road accidents.
A bit like the furore over the elderly drivers involved in incidents recently, with everyone baying for blood wanting retesting and license's revoked for the elderly, there are good and bad drivers in all age groups and medical issues are not just in the realm of the old, however the one main denominator with young drivers is inexperience, this is not a condemnation of the young just a point of view.

I wouldn't call it a point of view, more a statement of fact.
Blame the car, it was the cars fault.
