Given his past history it would seem he has an unhealthy interest in school girls. I don't think his sentence is much of a deterrent and there is a good chance he may go on to commit a more serious attack. The courts need to wake up to these people before they get the chance to do more serious harm to another young girl. Keep our children safe and stop handing out soft sentences to child abusers.
