Victim now identified as the daughter of Kay Diamond, who was murdered a month ago in Toxteth. Police are saying no suspicious circumstances, one of her friends quoted as saying "She just wanted to be with her mum". http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-32372216
Just awful for everyone concerned

What a terrible shame, i lost my mum at the same age and its hard, RIP
Isn't there supposed to be victim support for cases like this? Expecting a 16 year old to deal with the murder of one of their parents is incredulous.

Very sad case all round.

The criminal system is more and more proving it is not an adequate deterrent, people that harm others should receive punishment that acts as a deterrent.

Sad case in deed, just hope they don't bring the train driver up on manslaughter charges!
