Man hit by fallen hoarding in Liverpool city - 14th Nov 2014 10:35am
A man suffered a neck injury when a section of hoarding collapsed in Liverpool city centre.
Emergency services were called to Parker Street just after 3pm, initially to a report that a pedestrian had been hit by scaffolding which had fallen down.
When they arrived at the scene they found a 33-year-old man had been hit by hoarding around an empty shop between Accessorize and Superdrug.
