not wrong there tilly, cant afford bins to put dog crap in,or fill in the pot-holes, but hey ho, lets watch the dancers

I emailed them a while back and asked if we could have a drinking fountain for the dogs.

preferably enclosed inside a dog park with pool and agility jumps

oh well it's probably gonna be another statue of a clown to remind us of who makes these decisions....
