Does anyone know why it smells of smoke all down poulton n surrounding areas?

yeah i could smell that an hour ago not so much now

Yeah, it's right opposite me on the other side of the river. Can see the fire brigade on ladders spraying water. Still a lot of smoke.

Looks like it could be Bootle Spares, scrapyard in Canada Dock.

Its a fire at norton scrap yard that has been burning overnight

drove through the smoke on the main road, didnt smell too healthy, fire engines were in attendance, was yard were the green train is outside
